About Us
All Around Maintenance Inc. Established in 1999 by Alex Svistun.
Our company has served over 3,000 properties providing superior property maintenance services to residents in the Portland/Vancouver area, as well as property preservation for bank owned homes. Since the establishment of our company, we have grown and now employ a well-rounded and diverse staff that is non-discriminate of gender or ethnicity. Our staff currently consists of 7 field crew members and 2 office staff, most of who are bi-lingual with at least 4 different ethnic origins.

We’ve been providing high-quality exterior property maintenance to properties in Portland and Vancouver for over 20 years. We have the knowledge and experience to complete any job quickly and efficiently. If you require assistance in a language other than English, we also speak Russian, Ukrainian, and Spanish.
